The first dish is their Sesame “Chicken” Rice & it’s made with Seitan & tempura fried. 🍱
(As you can see, yes, I was inspired after eating this to make something similar but with Extra Firm Tofu that I had at home [previous post]). 😉
The 2nd photo is their Salt & Pepper “Calamari” which is made with oyster mushrooms and tempura fried. I actually like to wait awhile until they settle in (they come out fresh) & eat it like a snack. 😊🫣 Both so good!
